Returns & Size Exchange

Size exchange: if the size does not fit, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Shoes must be unworn, clean and in the original box with all tags.

Wrong or damaged item: if you receive a wrong or damaged product, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you.

Refunds for prepaid (UPI) orders are made to the original UPI account within 5–7 working days after we receive and check the returned item.
